Nedbank Credit Card Limit Increase disaster

I have app**** for a credit card limit increase several times, send in my documents and have not even gotten a response back.

The one time I got a call and email from Sibusiso Khumalo, he send me instruction which I followed and even send him a reply by no response.

This is shocking and I am not happy.

Having been a Nedbank client and account holder since 2000, this is horrible.
