Nedbank Credit card legal

I have arranged a monthly debit order payment towards my credit card repayment of R2000.00, on first month R10 000.00 was deducted however I called and rectify the error which was due to their carelessness. Before a reversal was done I was transferred back and forth, took more than an hour to finally be assisted.

This month the arranged amount was deducted on the 30th which is what I arranged for, on the 15 an amount of R868.04 was again deducted towards my credit card payment. I have been calling the whole day today to rectify this but It was a back and fourth call transfers that no one was able to assist me, I was transferred to an extension that said the Nedbank card legal line is closed.

Please assist.
