Nedbank Credit Card Issues

As a Plumstead resident, I was very very disappointed to find - out of the blue with no notification whatsoever - that the Plumstead Branch of Nedbank was suddenly closed down. Now that my credit card needs to be reissued as the expiry date is 30th November, Nedbank eventually sent me a message a few days ago to say that my credit card can be collected at the Wynberg branch, without checking with me if I am happy to fetch it from Wynberg Branch. I phoned the Nedbank call centre to determine whether they can transfer my credit card to the Constantia Village Branch, only to be told that they cannot transfer it. I then enquired if my son can fetch the card for me and they said no. Then I asked if the card could be couriered to me, once again the answer was no. It was then suggested that I cancel the card, and have it reissued at a cost of R140 or thereabouts, and then Nedbank can courier it to me at an additional cost of R160.00. This is just absolute junk service! I have been with Nedbank for over 40 years!! And this is the kind of service that you are giving me? At such a cost?? I want to either fetch my credit card at Constantia Village Nedbank, or have it couriered to me, please - urgently. I look forward to your reply. Thanks.
