NEDBANK CREDIT CARD

my name is kgotso obedia kotela,i do have a serious problem with this bank called NEDBANK, few years ago i used to have a credit card with them and the time I had to pay it they said they can't me help bcos my id numbers they don't correspond with my names,i tried to sort this issue several times via telephone, eventually this January i got help then i gave them my new account numbers whr they can deduct their money every month,ok now its been several months Nedbank taking money from my account only to find out this month on clearcore that nedbank it doesnt clear my name and the account also is been increasing rapidly every month and that thing it decreases my credit score every month....can u pls guys help.
