Nedbank credit card does not communicate anything

I app**** for a credit card increase early February i was informed that it was approved but to date no funds available.

i have called in the call center over 5times they keep telling me they escalating the matter and Bongi has been assigned to my application but to date no call no communication of any sort nothing. These are people who ran a credit check on my name and requested statements which have not yielded results. I am disappointed by the service received thus far, to think i trusted the bank with my Home Loans and other personal things i am inclined to move my banking since they really failing to service me.
