Nedbank Credit Card Division no help

Terrible experience with Nedbank Credit Card Division. Poor rating and no service as promised. Did order a new credit card via ***. Went to the branch and told they never ordered the new card. Had to re-order a new one at the branch. Was never sent a notifiction to say that card had expired. Give Nedbank no rating as they make you hold on forever and never deliver the service as promised.
