Nedbank Credit Card division is ***

I paid off my credit card and Nedbank won't give me my letter of settlement because there is a R2k they haven't allocated. That was paid a month ago. I have been calling them every week and they don't care. They actually dont realise that it is their our lives they are messing up. Each time i call I am being told "Admin is YET to allocate"How long can it possibly take?????
