Nedbank Credit card Division

The most Unreliable Bank when it comes to sending/email credit card statements- I would love to pay my credit card installment unfortunately I cannot as I don't receive any statements whatsoever after phoning the relevant department and assured me the email has been send 2 weeks later...Nedbank branch East Rand Mall send me an email stating cannot send me without a indemnity that means I'll have to go into Nedbank East Rand Mall every month...really!!!
