Nedbank Credit Card Division

I have been black listed by Nedbank Credit Card Division since 2004. I have phoned the and was given the name of an Indian lawyer who does not answer his phone. It is ******* to black list someone for 14 years. A couple of years ago there was an amnesty which supposedly cleared everyone's black listing. Why am I still black listed. I tried phoning them and all one gets is the lawyers phone number, he does not answer the phone. The Financial institutions sell these list of people who owe them money.

I would like the contact details of someone in Nedbank Credit card division to sort this out. Not some idiot on a help desk but some one in senior management. Certainly not the Indian lawyer
