Nedbank credit card department

I had a account with Thehub which is closed and my account was give to nedbank, which through financial problems did no pay and i was handed over to blake and Associates Attorney and paid my account until i was give a settlement amount which i paid, currently waiting for my paid up letter but guess what Ned bank decided to hand my account to another attorney, even get threatening messages. I tried calling nedbank to sort out this matter, i have sent email but still no response, they have a useless legal department because they always cut phone when it gets to them, i have no good experience with them at all. I just need this matter to be resolved because i am trying to get my credit score in order and they just made a dent on my credit score, they must really improve thier service or people will always have a issue like me.
