Nedbank Credit card Department

Nedbank Credit Card department, credit card has been paid up on the 10th of October 2025, after being retrenched in 2021, Nedbank's insurance pays the credit card for a year, but not in full, this then leads to additional interests being charged and the account reaches the lending total three fold. I finally start working again in 2023 and make arrangements to pay the account and finally complete payment as indicated, now i have been struggling since October 2025 to get the information supp**** on the credit report rectified. Been phoning since beginning November 2025 regarding this matter and have been shunted from pillar to post. Their enquiries email has not helped much either as there has been no response. Email sent to team leader hold no response. Consultants are unable to assist and you run from department to department.
