Nedbank credit card department

I have been trying to get hold of the credit card legal for my paid up letter . That I've settled in 2017 already but on my credit report it shows have 9 months arrears. Which I don't know were do there come from. I've been call below different which they also confirm the account is on R0. But still can't issue me with the paid up letter.
