Nedbank Credit Card Closure is a nightmare

Adebit order R1770.00 for Credit card went off on the 15/05/2026 and after i wanted Nedbank to take the remaining amount so i could close the Credit card, i further asked for the settlement letter the lady responded swiftly and i did my calculations and paid R34 657.05 and on the 16/05/2026 money reflected and i called nedbank to close the Credit card Bafana picked up my call with this reference *** and closed the debicheck debit order, insurance and i asked what is going to happen to the amount that i have overpaid he said" it was going to be paid back to me" that didnt happen, I called again on the 17/05/2026 to do a follow up and requested a paid up letter the lady confirmed to say Bafana has done everything the only outstanding thing was the account where the money was to be refunded to i provided her with the Account she updated but the refund didnt come through, i called again on the 20/05/2026 after realising that i was charged the finance charge , Credit facility fee,vat, i called and was transfered to Bafana and he promised to call me back on Monday and he didnt on the 23/05/2026 the person i spoke to promised to get Bafana but ended my call and 29/05/2026 the person i spoke to promised to get Bafana but ended my call and 30/05/2026 the person i spoke to promised to get Bafana but ended my call
