Nedbank credit card charges a R700 finance charge for and outstanding R180 used for card renewal.
My credit card payment date is the last day of the month... Account no: ***. I paid a full settlement amount say on the 16th september 2024. I then renewed my credit card and the charge was R180.... a few days later nedbank charges me R700 finance charges. *The card is fully paid, R55000 from that i only get charged R180 for card renewal. Does it make sense that i should be charged a hefty R700 for a 99.8% settled card. This therefore means that they have been robbing me and other clients for a long time...

26 Sept 2024, 11:43Summary: on the 16th Sep 2024, A full settlement was paid to nedbank credit card division amounting to +-55k. from there a card renewal fee of R180 went off on the account. I only owed them that R180. So from the R180 they then charge me about R700 for finance fees on the 25th September 2024... Where is the R700 coming from. My debit payment date is the 30th-31st every month...
