Nedbank credit card

I had a credit card with Nedbank which was handed over to Ver-Tex on 25/03/2019.

made arrangement of R600 with ver-tex monthly, then requested a settlement quote in December 2019. settlement amount of R3317.61 was sent to me on the 10/12/2019 and i paid the settlement amount. Now when have been requesting the paid up letter since the 18/12 2019 and both Nedbank and Ver-tex been taking me from pillar to post now out of nowhere i was sent a letter on the 20/01/2020 that i was given the wrong settlement amount. I now have an outstanding amount of R1596.79 then on 21/01/2020 I receive another letter that i have outstanding amount of R1673.62 of which i dont understand why wasnt given the correct amount from the 1st time. even now there's still no outcome, I'm not gona pay that amount due to it wasnt my problem that both these companies there amounts dont correspond. I paid what i was told that i'm owing.
