Nedbank credit card balance and installment not updated since August on Credit Bureau

Nedbank credit card division consistently doesn't update Credit Bureau info timeously and now its says that my monthly installment is twice what it supposed to be. The account balance has been low since August and the data was never updated. September info not updated and current balance is so high and shows the same balance as August 2022 and its 18 October now.
