Nedbank Credit Card Application process

After much deliberating I decided to apply with a credit card through Nedbank who I have been banking with since I was in my 20's. I am now in my early 40's. I app**** on the 3rd October online thinking it would be quicker. I submitted my 3 months pay slips numerous times to only receive an sms the next day requesting the 3 months pay slips. It was very annoying. Anyway, the long and the short of it is that I haven't received and sms informing me that my credit card is ready for collection as the call centre assured me would happen. I called the Beacon Bay branch this morning to find out if it had arrived. Of course it was there with no sms to let me know. I have been a loyal Nedbanker and I am very dissapointed with how lengthy this process has taken. As my colleague said, had it been FNB i would have had the approval and card within a week. I am very disillusioned now by Nedbank
