Nedbank Credit Card Application.

I app**** for a credit card at Nedbank 2 days ago. I have been advised that I was provisionally approved and that they are in the process of doing an identity verification. This was after I had to follow up, as I was not receiving any communication from them. I was told that the verification will be done in 24 hours and I should expect a call "shortly". Today, I followed up once again and I was advised that it will take up to 10 working days for the verification to be sorted. Does it take that long especially for the fact that I bank with them? I am utterly disappointed in their services and lack of urgency in this situation. I should maybe consider another efficient bank like FNB.
