Nedbank credit card additional charges

Nedbank added finance charges to my credit card statement (even though there is no amount outstanding). And when I call the help desk, they tell me they don't know where it comes from, and they are not going to do anything about it either. I expect more from a bank who wants me to trust them with my finances.
