NEDBANK CREDIT CARD

yhooo Nedbank is giving me a headache, I paid finished my credit card and I requested for a paid up letter and for the card to be closed.

2 weeks later card not closed and I have noticed that they have deducted for a maintenance fee, which I should not be liable for. when I call them now they could not close the card because the person that helped me before is not in the office. I just wanted this card closed.
