Nedbank Credit Card

Hi. Good day. I'm still waiting to sit with a Bank Manager to plan a payment structure for my Credit Card and Loan. However this has not been arranged even though I have sent several emails through to the bank.

I wanted to load my credit card onto my beneficiaries and wasn't able to do so so that I can do my payments into the card again as I am currently in full time employment again. I need assistance with this ASAP as I would like to start to find rest for my soul which has not been possible due to your call centre calling me daily with threats however my requests have not been met at all to make a booking to sit down with a bank manager as yet. I will NOT make any arrangements over the call centre at all due to the fact that they do not shown me any integrity to honor my requests.
