Nedbank credit card

I had a credit card with nedbank which was then handed over dye to non payment as I was unemployed. So I now finished paying off my credit card on 21st of July 2019 but yo this day my profile has not yet being updated and I'm still listed as a slow payer.

And when I try to query it I'm being taken back and forth with no resolution. Such a terrible experience....
