Nedbank credit card

To whom it may concern,

I was owing R10,000 on my credit card and my case was at the legal department of Nedbank, The legal department called me and they told me about my debt. We made an arrangement how much am I going to pay every month.

I told them that every month I am going to payR700, and I did that. on the 26/06/2019 I called the Nedbank and I was transfer to the Legal Department I asked them how much is left, they told me I have paid R 10,000 but still have to pay R19,000 or R5 000 once off. We never discussed such amount, I was surprised and shocked!

Please help me!!
