Nedbank Credit Card

I have a credit card with Nedbank and, although I was unable to pay the full monthly required amount, I made payment arrangements on a month-to-month basis and consistently honored those agreements. However, this December, Nedbank unexpectedly handed my account over to external legal without informing me. I have no idea why this was done, as I have been honoring my arrangements with them. Nedbank has a process to convert a credit card into a normal loan, yet they never contacted me to discuss this option or to inform me that they would no longer accept further arrangements. Instead, they simply escalated the matter to lawyers without any prior communication. This lack of transparency and disregard for customer engagement is extremely disappointing. this would ruin my credit record
