Nedbank Credit Card

I have a credit card which is link to the money app. I want to transfer that money into my Capitec account. When I try to do that it give the following error message: Rejected due to Validation. I had a query logged. Nedbank phoned me but could not resolve the error. They guy said that some one else will call me because it could be a problem on the app. I logged in to Nedbank Internet and try to transfer from there but sill get the same message.

How is it possible that the agent doesn't know what the error message mean and to resolve it? Still I can't transfer the funds.
