Nedbank credit card

After 3 weeks and sending in documentation almost on a daily basis as everyday I would get the same sms to send the same documents. After being on the line with Nedbank almost on a daily basis as well just being told I can’t get through credit card applications directly. Always being told that it’s been escalated and I will get a call. Up until today nothing. Does not seem that the Nedbank credit card applications department exists at all. Worst ever experience with any sort of application with a bank!
