Nedbank credit approval takes forever

I'm banking with Nedbank account number ***. It's been many years and I have an overdraft which I wanted to increase. Nedbank wanted 3 months bank statement and 3 months payslips. I see on my credit score that Nedbank has been making enquiries. I made this application mid January and now it's end February Nedbank consultant Bester Shereef keeps on saying I must wait the overdraft department will tell us when they are done. My question is how many months does it take for Nedbank to approve or reject an application. I had a credit card with them which I settled and wanted to make a new application again they kept sending me from pillar to post even with the credit card until I gave up. I have never received any direct answer from Nedbank it's like they are playing hide and seek which I feel it's unfair on me as their client. If they don't want me to bank with them they should tell me so that I can move to other banks. Clearly they don't consider their clients. It's like all this is done to spite me. This is just not on. If they don't want me banking with them they should just tell me.
