Nedbank - Covid-19 Payment Holiday

Good day, I have been dealing with *** and *** regarding a payment break on my credit card during the lock-down since I have been temporary laid off and placed on UIF which is way lower than my salary. I cannot get anyone to phone or contact me back regarding this since last week. I will not be able to make this payment during this period and cannot afford to make expensive phone calls to Nedbank. Can someone please contact me?
