My Internet banking account was recently hacked and blocked. Nedbank refuses to investigate the incident. Impossible to even contact the relevant authorities. Have you tried their 086 number, its a joke. Then they circulate a internal memo informing their employees not to be honest with their Clients. Unbelievable. Rather choose another bank.
