Nedbank *******ion hits unknown clients
******* financial institution taking away existing priveleges in the background without informing their clients. I was shown the door when I just presented my nedbank credit card at the bidvest premier lounge at Oliver Tambo international. They changed their criteria without telling me that their card does not grant you entry anymore, as in the past. I stood like an idiot producing my nedbank card only to be told I'm not allowed entry anymore. They take money and interest from you, as well as the services you think you have. This is sickening to start your overseas trip this way. PATHETIC!!!

03 Oct 2019, 20:53So netbank was lightning fast to respond to my HELOPETER complaint, only to tell me this is now how it is, that they can do Nothing for me, I MUST SPEND LOTS MORE MONEY USING NEDBANK CREDIT TO QUALIFY FOR their lousy benefits, such as getting entry to airport lounges. They force you in dept... Is the only way you get joy from nedbank services. NOT OK IN MY BOOK. PATHETIC!!! SICKENING!!
