Nedbank - corporate *****

I wish I could give a negative review, because this bank deserves it. On 30th December my account was drained BY NEDBANK. I called them immediately to request for it to be returned and I have yet to receive feedback. The response I keep getting is “the issue has been escalated” I do not believe this has been done because I still do not have my money back. Now my debit orders are bouncing and I am getting charged for this which is not fair at all. Switching banks because I can’t deal with this stress anymore.
