Nedbank Cornubia ****** "Guard"

On Saturday I was making a cash deposit at the atm. The notes were being rejected. Suddenly the Nedbank security starts screaming at me. I politely told him I don't appreciate his behavior as it's distracting, especially while using an atm. He was extremely rude thereafter and proceeded to hail insults at me in a different language. Living in a crime riddled country, where atm ***** is so prevalent, such distractions and rudeness is unacceptable. I did lay a complaint with receptionist, who till now has not gotten back to me. A few of my colleagues have had similar ****** treatment from the "guard". I will never utilize the Nedbank Cornubia. Treat customers with respect. As for the security guard, you my friend will meet your match soon
