Thank you to the team that helped me today.

I came in looking to reset my online profile after I had requested that it be suspended after I suspected ********** activity was happening on it.

The ladies at the branch did this 3 times but my profile kept getting locked for some reason.

I was in the branch for 2+ hours but they were patient and they tried different ways to assist.

I decided to order a new card and try the app later. The app eventually worked when I got home lol.

I'd like to just say thanks for the patience from the team. They saw my frustration and dealt with my issue as best as they could. It was no fault of theirs nor was there anything more they could do from their side. They work fast and professionally. Its a pleasure to deal with them.
