*********** Nedbank contractor - Garth Benson

Disappointing and racially motivated refusal of Nedbank Home loan division to send back *********** contractor Garth Benson, after wrong color tiles was replaced, despite all evidence provided to Nedbank. We had a water leak in the kitchen and Nedbank send out numerous contractors to fix the leak and tiling. The contractor Garth Benson came to out home on 15 November 2025 and showed pictures of the tile he will be replacing, off course we agreed as it was a very close match. When he was done we immediately saw the color was not correct. I contacted Nedbank and was informed them, but they believe their contractor Garth Benson provided an invoice from Builders warehouse. I was told by Nedbank to get a professional to come to my home and give the bank proof the tiles was incorrect, well we done that. We went as far as to take the incorrect tile to Boulders ware house where this *********** contractor Garth Benson bought the tiles and Builders confirms the tiles on his invoice and what was installed by Garth Benson , is not correct. Nedbank aka Tamlyn Moonsamy complaints manager still refuses to send out the *********** Garth Benson to come and fix his stuff up, as they take his word?

how is this fair that I now have a kitchen with beige tiles and a big section with BLUE tiles? I offered to pay the *********** Garth Benson a call out fee to come and see his mess, but Nedbank still protect and refuse to send him back or other Assessor. I'll be taking this to the NFO Ombud in hope of getting my kitchen the way it was before the *********** contractor Garth Benson came and messed it up.
