Nedbank Continue To Drag Their Feet
This is the second time in two years I have to write about Nedbank on Hello Peter. My father died in early 2017. He wrote a will. It's been over 30 months since his death and the estate department at Nedbank have yet to distribute his assets to his beneficiaries (his three kids) as per the will. His house is falling apart and we cannot make plan to either sell it or make additional income with it because our names are not on the title deed. The two ladies we have been speaking to Ashna Rameshur and Naseema Meeran seem to not care. They don't even bother to reply to our emails or return our calls. Something gives me feeling if we were people with a lighter hue that we wouldn't have waited over 2 and 3/4 of a year for Nedbank to sort us out. We now know who Nedbank prioritises which is their prerogative but, my dad was a paying customer too and they are getting a percentage of his money. He'd be turning in his grave if he knew what Nedbank are doing to his children. This issue needs to be sorted out before you people go on holiday. We cannot wait any longer.
