Nedbank Consumer Card Division nightmare!!!

I am experiencing major frustrations with the Nedbank Credit Consumer Card Division.

The account is always being updated late with the credit bureaus. Even though I pay this account on time and usually even before the agreed upon date, my account is always appearing as though it is in arrears. My score is now down 10 points because it says I missed a payment for Nedbank.

This has now happened on two successive months. The agreed date for the installment is the 25th, however, I always get charged late payment interest on top on such negative information appearing at the credit bureaus.

Please fix this and update your systems to reflect our credit agreements.
