NEDBANK CONSULTANT ****S A PENSIONER MONEY

I transferred I-mali through the Nedbank app to my mother. She was unable to retrieve the money and she asked one of the consultants who work with Nedbank Personal loans at Boxer in Botlokwa. The lady assisted her and the next thing today the money is gone. it has been withdrawn.

Kindly trace when the withdrawal was made and at what time as my mother did not receive the transaction. This is not on. The poor pensioner is awaiting the money and a ****bug consultant decides to **** her the money.
