NEDBANK CONSULTANT OVERDRAFT ****

Last year September I went to Nedbank at Modi Mall in Modimolle, from Department of Education. I needed a stamp and a proof of Account. I got helped by a consultant called Pinky, she said she see that I qualify for an overdraft on my account and ask if i’m interested in having it. I said no I don’t want overdraft. She asked for my ID card and she was already having my bank card, she then said let’s go to the ATM the card does not work here. She went there inserted the card and wrote the account number on her hand.

Then I got helped with the stamp and the proof of account. Then during the weekend I received an email saying congratulations on your overdraft of R12 500. Two minutes later R2500 was taken out from that overdraft.

The following month they deducted R2500 from my salary because of that overdraft. I opened a case with Nedbank and also at police station but nothing is being done so far. The money is still there and I keep on getting calls saying that i’m owing a certain amount. I need help.
