NEDBANK CONSTANTIA INEFFECIENCY

Have been to Constantia Nedbank 6 times in the last 3 months to change signatories on our Club bank accounts. I am still unable to pay any new beneficiaries since the authorising reference number does not appear on my cell phone. Discovered that the branch had captured my cell number incorrectly and 2 additional visits later and i'm still not able to pay. NEDBANK IS USELESS. Going to recommend we go elsewhere.....
