Nedbank consolidation loans - Worst bank

Nedbank is the worst consolidation bank. People never use this bank, there's better banks. I took a consolidation loan last year April. A month later my debit orders still went off. I personally settled my Capitec loan. I went to Nedbank in East Rand mall where I did the application to sort out the 2 Absa loan deductions. Every time a mail was sent and no one could assist the consultant over the phone. What kind of service is this? If you phone and ask for a manager, there's not a manager available because the manager is also working at another branch. Every month I have to sit with extra banking costs. It's now 10 months later. I'm going to close my account and I now want to see how Nedbank will get there money back.
