Nedbank consolidation loans a waste of time and money

I took a consolidation loan with Nedbank. Nedbank said they will settle my accounts which they didn't do. I had to settle my Capitec loan and Absa is still debiting my account for 2 loans which were supposed to be settled by Nedbank. I regret by taking a consolidation loan with Nedbank. What's the use of taking one and still having to pay the new and previous loans. I went to the bank, phoned customer service to assist me who said the consultant who helped me with the loan should help me. The consultant tried phoning the customer service who kept on transferring the call to other departments to assist. This is the worst service received by Nedbank
