Nedbank connect

What a very poor service from Nedbank big company but extremely pooooor service . I bought some card from the Nedbank app SIM card was never delivered but I have paid delivery fees , Sky net company **** and said the can't find my address but when I ask them y they didn't call me if they're getting lost they said sorry poor service from Nedbank no 1 was willing to assist all of them keep saying they will call me back it takes 2weeks for me to get a SIM card that I paid for. I will never in my life buy anything for Nedbank they and value customer they hired *********** staff who are not willing to help customers very disappointed I want to push this as far as I can they can't charge me delivery fees of something they never delivered

Very poor service and it's not 1st Time Nedbank do this to people
