Nedbank compromising my interest rate!!!!

Firstly the below SMS was sent: Nedbank Home Loans. Due to a transaction on your home loan account we recalculated the instalment. Your new instalment on account ********* will be R10,496.47. We changed your debit order mandate for NEDBHL accordingly.

On the 26th of September I confirmed the above amount with a consultant at the home loans department. Today I called to query why the debit order was not processed- and I was told that the new debit order amount is only eff in October 2024. The consultant blindly transferred me to escalation without me even asking. This ERROR is compromising my reduced interest rate. I need this rectified immediately.
