Nedbank - Completely useless

We spent an hour in the Longbeach branch trying to get our Homeloan linked to our accounts, a week later, and hour in the branch and 3 calls totalling over 40 minutes on the phone and we are no closer to getting our accounts linked. please could someone capable please call so that this can be sorted out.
