Nedbank Complaint Handling

I’m appalled by Nedbank’s complaints handling. Sadly, I’ve dealt with junior complaints official and also escalated it to their manager too. If I tell you that the manager promised to takeover my complaint and see it to its resolution and she’s never called back nor communicate after the first call. All that the first official is after, are delay tactics, asking documents that have already been submitted.

When I’ve searched Nedbank on this site and noticed that Nedbank has the lowest rating. It is very clear by how my complaint is handled that this is the norm!
