Nedbank complaint

Greetings I have an issue regarding Nedbank I deposited money into my credit card account on the 16 November 2024 and 14 March 2025 and both deposits amount to R40000 .I've been trying to access the account since July 2025 reported to the branch and they have been useless in aiding with my issue. They are saying the account the has been closed but I find it strange that you can still make a deposit into the account. I need immediate assistance since this has affected some of my long term plans . It is causing delays with obtaining a certificate for a job position that is available. I am frustrated by the service I have received.
