Nedbank Complaint- Bad Service

It is so frustrating that Nedbank have no way of dealing with their clients at all. I was offered a settlement and received confirmation on email hat settlement will be valid for 30 working days, when I informed payment will be made they advise account has been handed over. How does the process work if the period of settlement offer has not expired yet. Is there anyone in this business that know what they are doing?
