Nedbank Complaint

I frequently go to the Nedbank in Sandton City as I am a client of Nedbank and work around the area. On the the 02 of March 2022 at approximately 11:30am I visited the sandton branch. I wallk in and approached by a gentleman by the name of Vusi, as I am explaining to Vusi my reason for paying the bank a visit on the day, a very ill-mannered boy by the name Reenad Bechan interrupts us and asks me "what color is your card" I respond and tell him it's a green card he than says "arg not important, thought it was a private client". I then inform him that this in not the first time he is rude to me and I'm going to report him, as the other times I let it go... flinging his hand in the air as a gesture and responds to me by saying" go ahead, I don't care"

I've banked with nedbank for over 10years and feel that this is definitely the last straw, I'm leaving the bank and the bank has unfortunately lost a very loyal client due to misconduct and being unprofessional. I ask that this matter be dealt with and Reenad Bechan be disciplined. I'll definitely be doing a follow-up.
