Nedbank complaint

Money was taken out of my account . I immediately blocked my account and reported it to Nedbank . It was in early May and it has not been resolved . I have not received my money back . The ***** department is not helpful and they just say that they will escalate the case. I can make a complaint which I did but it will take an extra 21 days for the complaint department to get back to me. Seriously? Do not bank with Nedbank!
