Nedbank Complaint

I'm very angry with Nedbank and they are not doing anything to assist. I app**** for a loan on the 01 October 2023 and and later changed my mind about it due to personal reasons. I then called so I can cancel the loan only to not be assisted effeciently, I was transferred to a manager who also assured me that they would not be able to cancel the loan. I accepted the fact that I will have to use the loan and pay it over the agreed period. As it stands my Nedbank account is reflecting a negative balance because I am now owing Nedbank and it's not the agreed loan any money that comes in my account is being taken by Nedbank due to the negative balance. I only need Nedbank to remove the negative balance and reinstate the loan since they had confirmed that they would not be able to cancel the loan.
